What methods of payment do you take?We take debit and credit card payments online. ACH Transfers are also accepted.

Can I provide billing details for my account with A Clean Getaway online?Yes. Use this form to provide your billing contact details directly to A Clean Getaway LLC. We will provide an invoice after service is completed via e-mail with a secure link to our payment processor. Please note: Do not attempt to provide any sensitive information such as credit/debit card numbers, or bank account numbers on this form. All payment transactions will be handled by our secure online billing system after service is rendered.

What’s included in my estimate? Does it include the garage or unlivable areas?Your estimate does NOT include the garage. Your estimate is based off the most recent escrow measurements that are uploaded to all major real-estate sites which will reflect livable areas. If you request we clean other areas, we will have a projection and price of the area before we start the clean. We are able to update square footage with official letter from most recent appraisal from licensed appraiser if needed.

Do I need to be on site during the clean?While we welcome you to interact with your cleaners, you have no obligation to be on site while your clean is taking place. We want you to be comfortable knowing all our cleaners have background checks, and references. For any further details please contact us.

What can I do to prepare for my clean?1:) Put away personal possessions, and laundry that might be in the way of the cleaners. 2:) Please remove dishes from sink, subject to $20 charge if not scheduled, or $10-$15 when scheduled. 3:) Put up any pet belongings that cleaners may encounter

Can I tip/gift my cleaners? At times we will have customers offer tips, or gifts to our cleaners, and while never obligated, cleaners may gladly accept.
