Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service we will return to your home to re-clean the area within 24-hours. Please contact the office as soon as possible during our normal business hours which are M-F, 8-4pm

Employees

All employees go through our cleaning tech program and learn every aspect of the detailed, A Clean Getaway LLC’s standard. They know what is required and what is expected on every cleaning visit. For your protection and peace of mind all employees undergo both a background and reference check. All employees are vetted, thoroughly trained and are w-2 employees.

Payments

Payments are due in full upon completion of service. We hold a credit card on file and take a $100 deposit at the time of quote approval to reserve your spot on the schedule. We also gladly accept cash and personal checks. There will be a $50 fee for payments not received within 48 hours.

Tipping: A Clean Getaway LLC never requires tipping, but you can tip if you would like. You can tip on a credit card or leave your tip with your payment and management distributes it properly and fairly. That is just a special thank-you for the team’s hard work.

Refunds

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services! We offer a Guarantee on all our services, and will return to clean an item that was missed. Contact the office within 24, hours of the performed service and we will return to your home at no additional cost to you.
